I don’t know about you, but 75° weather makes me want to throw all my winter leggings and sweaters in storage and buy all new flower print dresses. But if you live in New York or anywhere in the Northeast, you know this is all Mother Nature playing a mean trick and the next day will be 55°. This post is a gentle reminder to buy basic staple items that you can wear all year with various amounts of layers.
This outfit is exactly the same as one I would wear in winter, except without leggings, boots, and a thick sweater. You could call that lazy, but I prefer to think of it in terms of how much limited studio apartment closet space I’m saving by having fewer clothes.
